DETAILS:
2001 Honda Civic LX with automatic windows, automatic locks, air conditioning, front and side airbags, FM/AM radio and CD player. Car is valued at $4,500.

Rules:
Participants must be 18 years or older. Void where prohibited by law. If there is more than one name on a ticket, the first name shall be determined to be the sole entrant.
Raffle tickets for the 2001 Honda Civic LX are a $10 donation for each ticket. We will send you a ticket stub(s) after the Raffle Entry Form is received.

Odds of winning are determined by the total number of tickets sold. Tickets may be purchased with cash, credit card or check made payable to: Blessed Sacrament School. If a check is returned for insufficient funds, the ticket will be determined null and void and the purchaser will be notified. All raffle tickets sales are final.

Entries are not tax deductible.

The drawing will take place on Saturday, February26, 2012 at approximately 10:00 PM. The winner need not be present to win. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide a valid mailing address and contact number for notification. The winner will be required to provide proper identification.

Taxes and IRS Rules: The winner is responsible for any and all applicable taxes, title, registration, and fees associated with the vehicle. The raffle will follow the rules and regulations in effect at the time of the raffle.

The winner will have up to 60 days to claim the grand prize. If the winner does not claim the grand prize within 60 calendar days another winner will be selected.
